Welcome to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Web site. The TSP is a retirement savings plan for civilians who are employed by the United States Government and members of the uniformed services.
The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, which administers the TSP, maintains the Web site http://www.frtib.gov, which provides information about the FRTIB electronic reading room, procurements, and employment opportunities.
