Commission approval of final consent orders: Following a public comment period, the Commission has approved a final consent order in the matter concerning the Virginia Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers. The Commission vote to approve the final consent order and respond to the commenter of record was 4-0-1, with Commissioner Jon Leibowitz not participating.
