FOIA/Privacy Act Positions Available at Federal Agencies

The Office of Information and Privacy has learned of the following Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act-related positions that are currently available at federal agencies:

• The Department of State is looking for several program analysts to work in its Bureau of Administration, Office of Information Resources Management Programs and Services, on a variety of information analysis and record access matters, including those pertaining to the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act. The positions are at the GS-13 level. • The Peace Corps is seeking a federal employee at the GS-11/12/13 level with expertise in the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act who could volunteer to serve temporarily as the agency's principal FOIA officer on a reimbursable detail, for a period of 90 to 120 days. Possession of, or eligibility for, a security clearance is required. Anyone interested in this position should contact Associate General Counsel Carl R. • The Peace Corps is looking to hire a longer-term Freedom of Information Act officer as well. The salary range is $48,978 - $88,765, depending upon experience.
