FOIA/Privacy Act Position Available at Federal Agency

The Office of Information and Privacy has learned of an exceptional Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act-related position that is currently available at a federal agency:

• The Office of the Solicitor in the Department of Labor is looking for an experienced attorney to serve in its Division of Legislation and Legal Counsel as Co-Counsel for Administrative Law. The position is at the GS-15 level and involves the adjudication of administrative appeals under the FOIA and the Privacy Act.
