FOIA/Privacy Act Positions Available at Federal Agencies

The Office of Information and Privacy (OIP) has learned of the following Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act-related positions that are currently available at federal agencies:

• The Office of Foreign Assets Control at the Department of the Treasury is looking for a Program Analyst (FOIA/PA) to process access requests in its office in Washington, D.C. This position is at the GS-9/11 level, with promotion potential to GS-12. • The National Marine Fisheries Service at the Department of Commerce is looking for a Management Analyst (FOIA) to process FOIA requests in its Management and Administrative Division in Silver Spring, MD. This position is at the Pay Band 03 level, which is the equivalent of GS-11/12.
