FOIA/Privacy Act Positions Available at Federal Agencies

The Office of Information and Privacy has learned of two exceptional Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act-related positions that are currently available at federal agencies:

• The Environmental Protection Agency is looking for an attorney to serve as an Attorney-Advisor in the Information Law Practice Group of its Office of General Counsel. The position is at the GS-12/15 level, depending on experience. This practice group provides counseling and litigation support for issues involving the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act, and other laws. The position is at the GS-14/15 level, depending on experience.
