FOIA/Privacy Act Positions Available at Federal Agencies

The Office of Information and Privacy has learned of two exceptional Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act-related positions that are currently available at federal agencies:

• The Environmental Protection Agency is looking for an attorney to serve as an Attorney-Advisor in the Information Law Practice Group of its Office of General Counsel. The position is at the GS-12/15 level, depending on experience. This practice group provides counseling and litigation support for issues involving the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act, and other laws.
