The CBP has completed significant improvements to the ACE Secure Data Portal and is currently expanding access. Send an email to ACENow@dhs.gov affirming that your company meets the criteria laid out in the appropriate FRN to begin the application process to become an ACE account.

Trade Act of 2002 - Advance Electronic Information

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published the final Trade Act regulations in the Federal Register on December 5, 2003. The rules require advance transmission of electronic cargo information to CBP for both arriving and departing cargo and provide for various effective dates depending upon the mode of transportation.
