Distance Learning Assessment
The Distance Learning Assessment Instrument was developed by PHPPO in collaboration
with the Distance Learning Coordinators (DLCs). Each state's DLC can complete this
capacity assessment for all local health jurisdictions in their state. We believe the
information that this assessment can provide will be useful to the Health Alert Network
(HAN) projects and invaluable to the national program.
In addition, DLCs can share this information with
their state HAN Directors and by email, fax, or mail to Ed Vaughn at PHPPO.
