Pelican Lake Boat Ramp Closure October 18 Thru November 5

Vernal, Utah—October 7, 2004—The Vernal Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces the closure of the Pelican Lake boat ramp area starting October 18, 2004. Weather permitting the project will be completed November 5. The entire south Pelican Lake area, including boat ramp, campground and rest rooms, will be closed to ensure public safety.
The project will include placing new rip rap on the windbreak wall and an American Disability Act (ADA) compliant fishing dike.
