PRECIPITATION FORECAST

SYNOPSIS: An upper level low developing near the islands will keep the airmass unstable through Wednesday.
This will enhance the trade wind showers, especially near the Big Island. Local downpours with rainfall amounts in excess of 2 inches are possible. The following are basin averages.
