Secretary of Defense William Perry will speak to the Mid-Winter Conference of the American Legion on Monday, February 27, 1995 at 9:15 a.m. (EST) at the Sheraton Washington Hotel, Virginia Room, 2660 Woodley Rd., N.W., Washington, D.C.
