Odin Ordnance, St. Petersburg, Florida, is being awarded a $23,354,018modification to a firm fixed price contract for 23,278 120mm M829A2Armor-Piercing, Fin-Stabilized, Discarding Sabot-Tracer (APFSDS-T) cartridges.Work will be performed in Red Lion, Pennsylvania (63.44%) and St. Petersburg,Florida (36.56%), and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1999.Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This isa sole source contract initiated on May 26, 1994. The contracting activity isthe U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal, NewJersey (DAAE30-95-C-0086).

Hughes Aircraft, Fullerton, California, is being awarded a $300,000 incrementas part of a $14,821,229 cost plus fixed fee contract for research anddevelopment for packaging and integration of sensor models. Work will beperformed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by July23, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscalyear. There was a broad agency announcement in the Commerce Business Daily onAugust 29, 1994, and 20 bids were received. The contracting activity is theU.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, Fort Huachuca, Arizona(DABT63-95-C-0015).

AIR FORCE

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Missile and Space Division, Seattle,Washington, is being awarded a $14,534,773 face value increase to a Cost PlusAward Fee contract for FY 1996 continuing engineering and technical services insupport of the Peacekeeper and Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile(ICBM) systems. Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contractfunds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Ogden AirLogistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah is the contracting activity(F42610-93/C-0060, P00032).

MCC Construction Corporation, Golden, Colorado, is being awarded a $15,000,000Fixed Price contract for the Simplified Acquisition of Base EngineeringRequirements (SABER) contract for Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, throughAugust 2000. Contract is expected to be completed August 2000. Contract fundswill not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 28 firmssolicited and 8 proposals received. Solicitation began December 1994 andnegotiations were complete July 1995. The 341st Missile Wing, Malmstrom AirForce Base, Montana is the contracting activity (F24604 95/D0510).

NAVY

Science Applications International Corporation, San Diego, California, isbeing awarded a $28,881,184 cost-plus-award-fee contract for computers andsoftware integration which will provide an automated communications security(COMSEC) key management system for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, CoastGuard and other government agencies. Work will be performed in San Diego,California (66%) and Camden, New Jersey (34%), and is expected to be completedin October 1998. Contract funds in the amount of $4,000,000 will expire at theend of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with157 offers solicited and three bids received. The Space and Naval WarfareSystems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity(N00039-95-C-0094).

CRK-JCV/Shockley JV, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded an $11,678,000firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a Navy Exchange DistributionCenter. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and is expected to becompleted by April 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of thecurrent fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 95 offerssolicited and seven bids received. OHM Remediation Services Corporation, Findlay, Ohio, is being awarded a$6,601,942 modification to previously awarded contract #N62742-93-D-0610 forsoil and water remedial systems at former underground storage tanks,underground bulk storage tanks and aboveground storage tanks at Naval AirFacility, Midway. Work will be performed in Midway, and is expected to becompleted by July 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of thecurrent fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured with 317 offerssolicited and seven bids received. Dillingham/Holmes and Narver, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $50,619,232not-to-exceed (base year) cost-plus-award fee, indefinite delivery contractfor procurement of civilian emergency construction capability in support ofemergency contingent military taskings such as regional conflicts, naturaldisasters, and humanitarian relief. This contract includes options which, ifexercised, will bring the total cumulative value of this contract to$253,096,160. Work will be performed at various sites in Alaska, the UnitedStates (west of the

Mississippi River), Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean and Southwest Asia and is notto exceed five years. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the currentfiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 18 offers solicitedand three bids received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, PacificDivision, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-95-D-1900).

STANDARD Missile Company, Falls Church, Virginia, is being awarded a$6,600,000 not-to-exceed contract for SM-2 production engineering supportservices. The work will be performed in Falls Church, Virginia (37%), Bristol,Tennessee (35%) and Tuscon, Arizona (28%), and is expected to be completed byAugust 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscalyear. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea SystemsCommand, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N00024-95-C-5324).

BAV, a division of VSE Corporation, Alexandria, Virginia, is being awarded a$202,864,496 (base year) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity,cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide services to Foreign Military Sales(FMS) customers in support of U.S. ships bought, leased or otherwisetransferred through the FMS program. The work is being performed for theSecurity Assistance Program Office (PMS380), Naval Sea Systems Command,Arlington, Virginia. The contract includes nine one-year options which, ifexercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to$1,060,156,696. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Virginia (12%),Pensacola, Florida (2%), Pascagoula, Mississippi (16.5%), West Caldwell, NewJersey (2%), Cherry Hill, New Jersey (2%), Syracuse, New York (1%), Portland,Oregon (10.5%), Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina (26.5%), Charleston, South,Carolina (2%), McLean, Virginia (6%), Arlington, Virginia (1%), Newport News,Virginia (12.5%) and Norfolk, Virginia (6%), and is expected to be completedby August 2005.
