Alaska Airlines Incorporated, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a$5,428,260 Firm Fixed Price contract for 424,680 miles of cargo and passengerair transportation services in support of Air Force requirements in Alaska.Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will notexpire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 34 firms solicitedand two proposals received. Solicitation began May 1994 and negotiations werecomplete June 1995. Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois isthe contracting activity (F11626-94/D-0041).

Sverdrup Technology, Incorporated, Beavercreek, Ohio, is being awarded a$30,000,000 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for validationsupport for various electronic warfare simulators, including test planning andexecution, procedures evaluation, and data and analysis verification. Contractis expected to be completed August 2000. Contract funds will not expire at theend of the current fiscal year. There were 26 firms solicited and one proposalreceived. Solicitation began April 1995 and negotiations were complete August1995. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio isthe contracting activity (F33657-95/D-0011).

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a$15,952,500 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for CY1995/1996flight test support for the F-15 aircraft. Contract is expected to becompleted December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of thecurrent fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air ForceBase, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-93/C-0037, P00003).

Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Ft. Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $511,411,479face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive contract to definitizeproduction of 80 F-16 aircraft and associated alternate mission equipment.Contract is expected to be completed December 2004. Contract funds will notexpire at the end of the current fiscal year. This effort supports foreign

ARMY

Technical Products Group, Intellitec Division, De Land, Florida, was awardedon August 18, 1995, a $28,619,650 contract for 315 M139 Mine Dispensers, 290Mounting Kits (M548A1 Vehicle), 60 Maintenance Self Testers, and 45 MountingKits (Ground Systems). Work will be performed in De Land, Florida, and isexpected to be completed by June 30, 1998. Contract funds will not expire atthe end of the current fiscal year. There were 78 bids solicited on December16, 1994, and six bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. ArmyTank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey(DAAE30-95-C-0089).

General Dynamics Land Systems, Incorporated, Sterling Heights, Michigan, wasawarded on August 18, 1995, a $3,746,532 increment as part of an $82,458,365modification to a $115,183,720 cost plus fixed fee contract for development ofthe Systems Enhancement Package (SEP) for the Abrams M1A2 Tank. Work will beperformed in Sterling Heights, Michigan and Warren, Michigan, and is expectedto be completed by February 28, 1998. Of the total contract funds, $1,243,000will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole sourcecontract initiated on April 20, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S.Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan(DAAE07-94-C-0727).

Magnavox Electronics Systems Company, Fort Wayne, Indiana, is being awarded afirm fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract ofnot-to-exceed $23,411,672 for initial spare parts to support the EnhancedManpack Ultra-High Frequency Radio. Individual delivery orders will be issuedup to, but not to exceed estimated value. Work will be performed in ColumbiaCity, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by August 31, 1999. This is asole source contract initiated on March 30, 1995. The contracting activity isthe U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey(DAAB07-95-D-4011).

OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HEALTH AND MEDICAL PROGRAM

OF THE UNIFORMED SERVICES

Health Management Strategies International, Inc., of Alexandria, Virginia, isbeing awarded a $30,594,693 fixed price, indefinite delivery contract toperform utilization review, authorization and monitoring of mental healthservices. This contract provides for a four-month start-up period plus a basicone-year period and two one-year option periods. Proposals were solicited from119 offerors and two proposals were received. The Office of Civilian Healthand Medical Program of the Uniformed Services, Aurora, Colorado, is thecontracting activity (MDA906-95-D-0013).

Mas-Hamilton Group**, Lexington, Kentucky will be awarded a $8,209,737 fixedprice with economic price adjustment requirements type contract for combinationlocks and pedestrian lock assemblies. Five proposals were solicited and threewere received. Work is expected to be completed by July 17, 1996. Funds willnot expire at the end of the fiscal year. Laidlaw Environmental Services (GS), Inc., Saukville, Wisconsin, is beingawarded a $29,952,780 firm fixed price contract for all non-personal servicesto provide for the removal, transportation and disposal of miscellaneoushazardous items. Two hundred seven proposals were solicited and thirteen werereceived. Work will be performed in Toole, Utah and is expected to becompleted by February 28, 1997. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscalyear. The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service, Battle Creek, Michiganis the contracting activity (SP4400-95-D-0022).
