Recruitment Program (FEORP), 5 U.S.C. sec.
7201 provides that the U.S. Office of Personnel
Management (OPM) conduct a continuing program
to help federal agencies carry out
programs to eliminate underrepresentation of
minorities and women in the civil service. Part
of that continuing program includes providing
agencies with data to conduct workforce analyses.
