As Government achieves the business result of working more efficiently
and effectively, organizations will need to approach new ways of
managing its human capital. The work of the agency will need to
be accomplished in new ways. This will involve agencies restructuring
to meet mission changes. Agencies will need to understand the changing
nature of the business and look to reinvent the way in which work
is structured, organized, and completed. The staff will need to
redirect the way in which business is done to work better and smarter.
