2004 ICDBG NOFA (PDF)
The Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) has a new look in FY 2004.   The NOFA has been published using a new format, and includes information not previously included on Award Administration.  The intent of the new format is to standardize NOFA formats for all grant programs to make navigation through any NOFA easier for HUD's clients.

To assist applicants navigate the new format this year, ONAP has prepared a
"Table of Contents" for the NOFA
(WORD document)
