"Best of the Best" Choose Your Cover CD-ROM (2004)
The Choose Your Cover Campaign (CYC) CD-ROM contains campaign brochures, posters, print public service announcements and icons. You may order a copy of the CYC CD-ROM by sending an e-mail to the cancerinfo@cdc.gov or by calling 1-888-842-6355.

The files on the CD-ROM are provided in PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to view the files. The Posters and Brochures are also provided as QuarkXpress files along with all the necessary font and image files for the printer.
