Submitting Research Proposals

The MMS Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program announces a call for white papers addressing research projects focused upon Oil Spill Response Research Program with specific emphasis upon topics of special interest to MMS for FY 2005 (October 1 through September 30). This announcement closes at 3 P.M., on August 25, 2004.  The following link site to the announcement will show the proposed research objectives for FY 2005 activities. This announcement gives the prospective clients instructions on how to respond and send in their proposals to MMS for review.
