Bullet TIP Report for 2002  The Integrity Profile (TIP) report is an analysis of the WIC Program’s State Agency vendor monitoring activities. TIP serves an important program purpose in that it promotes good stewardship of federal funds by assisting State agencies in identifying areas for improvement.
