For Citizens Citizens Get Answers When They Use
the Federal Citizen Information Center

Pueblo” is one name the public uses when referring to the Federal Citizen Information Center (FCIC). "Pueblo, Colorado 81009" is where consumers have been writing for over 30 years to get the free Consumer Information Catalog and hundreds of low-cost federal publications on everything from homes and cars to health and financial questions.

But the FCIC is more than "Pueblo" and publications. Now consumers can get answers to questions about the federal government and everyday consumer issues through the web, via e-mail, and over the telephone, as well as the old-fashioned way—printed publications. FCIC is also the home of FirstGov.gov, the official web portal of the U.S. government.
