GSA provides outleasing opportunities in available vacant space for retail shops, food service, office and warehouse space.

Outleasing opportunities can be obtained and are available to federal, state, and local governments and private organizations and companies at market rates. GSA operates the program in a business-like manner to improve customer satisfaction, enhance customer retention, and maximize asset income and value to the Federal Buildings Fund and the taxpayers.

GSA also improves the quality of the government work environment by providing beverage, food service, snack and sundries on GSA controlled properties. These services are provided through commercial contracts and permit operations by the blind.
