MESSAGE FROM CONGRESSMAN ADAM SCHIFF
Due to positive tests of ricin contamination, all
mail delivery to Congressional offices has been suspended
until a mail-screening procedure is put into place.
Mail that was being processed in my office has been
recalled as part of this effort. As a result, any postal
correspondence that was mailed to my Washington office
may not reach me.
If you have mailed a letter to my Washington office
during this period, I urge you to take the following
steps.
-
For personal assistance with federal government agencies
and offices:
Please contact my Pasadena office. (Please see below
for phone and fax numbers.)
- For
invitations to attend an event in the 29th Congressional
District area:
Please contact my Pasadena office. (Please see below.)
- To
schedule a meeting in my Capitol office:
Please phone or fax a request to my Capitol office.
(Please see below.)
-
For general correspondence:
As an alternative to postal mail, you can fax, e-mail,
or call my offices. (Please see below.)
I regret any inconvenience that this may cause you,
and will do everything in my power to resume safe and
normal mail procedures as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Congressman Adam B. Schiff
