The GSA Inventory of Owned and Leased Properties Database site has been upgraded! The site allows visitors the option of viewing expiring lease/occupancy information for 7,000+ Public Buildings Service (PBS) leases, or 1,600+ PBS government owned buildings.

Visitors to the site can view expiring lease/occupancy information by state or congressional district, as well as search for a range of vacant leased square feet and/or lease expiriation date. Additionally, the "Owned Hot Properties" section now allows visitors to view select vacant properties owned by GSA that are available for immediate occupancy.
