The Heartland Region Office of Small Business Utilization is dedicated to identifying bidding opportunities and contracting vehicles for small businesses.

Vendors are notified of current GSA procurement projects electronically by registering on FedBizOpps (Federal Business Opportunities).

Kansas City's Networking Business Breakfast offers the opportunity for local entrepreneurs to introduce their business to small and large businesses, school districts and universities, as well as local, state and federal agencies. The Networking Breakfasts are held the first Tuesday of each month at the Best Western Hotel in south Kansas City on Longview Road.  

Attention Veteran-Owned Small Businesses: GSA, the federal government and prime contractors are actively searching for Veteran-Owned Small Business owners (especially Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses).
