On July 8, 2003, Administrator Stephen A. Perry issued the oath of office to Clinton S. Robinson as GSA’s Associate Administrator of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs.

Robinson is the former director of legislative affairs with Covad Communications, a national communications company. He also served as legislative director to United States Representative John Linder (R-GA). In that position, Robinson was responsible for the development and implementation of legislative initiatives and strategies.
 
A native of Carrollton, Georgia, Robinson received his undergraduate degree in politics from Washington and Lee University in 1990. He earned his master’s degree in business administration from Johns Hopkins University in 2001.

Clint Robinson and his wife, Rachel, reside in Alexandria, Virginia, with their two sons.
