The Grant Red Book Conversion Tools Download contains both data and conversion scripts as described below:

Included in the bin directory:

rbV24sgml2gb.pl - latest Grant Red Book V24 to Green Book Conversion script (replaced rb2gbFullSL.pl)
rbV25xml2gb.pl - new Grant Red Book V25 to Green Book Conversion script
V24sgml2V25xml.pl - script to convert Grant Red Book V24 to V25 (test data only)
V25xml2V24sgml.pl - script to convert Grant Red Book V25 to V24

The data was converted from Grant Red Book Issue 2001-10-23. Only a small portion of the issue is being made available for download.

The data and software are provided as-is, and are being made available to USPTO customers to facilitate generating sample V25 data, and converting Grant Red Book documents to/from V24 and V25.
