(Oct. 12, 2004) – An MH-60S Knighthawk assigned to the “Chargers” of Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Six (HC-6), flies near the Statue of Liberty during NATO Standing Naval Force Atlantic (SNFL) 2004 exercises. SNFL is a permanent peacetime multinational naval squadron composed of destroyers and frigates from the navies of various NATO nations. The exercises are designed to test readiness, improve communication and diplomacy between member countries and promote interoperability between navies.
