Discussed below are the requirements of each of the three
documents
comprising a Title III application: the Application, the
Affidavit, and the
Order. These requirements, which are set forth in 18 U.S.C. §
2518, are
applicable to requests to the court for an order authorizing the
interception of
oral, wire, and/or electronic communications.
