Office of Small Business Utilization GSA Can Help Federal Agencies Meet their Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Socioeconomic Goals

Our Initiative

In the past, federal agencies have had difficulty meeting the goals for contracting with service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. This was due, in part, to the lack of identified SDVOSBs in the marketplace. GSA has dedicated a significant number of resources to identifying SDVOSBs, assisting them in obtaining a GSA contract, and helping them position themselves to compete for government business.

By utilizing GSA contract vehicles, federal agencies can fulfill their procurement needs, at best value, utilizing service-disabled veteran-owned small business vendors.

How to Access GSA’s Offerings

Using GSA’s E-Tools, federal agencies can identify service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses who have Federal Supply Service Multiple Award Schedule contracts to provide products, services, and solutions to fulfill federal agency needs.

In addition to GSA’s Federal Supply Service Multiple Award Schedules, contract efficiencies abound through the utilization of GSA’s Public Buildings Service, Federal Technology Service, and Government Wide Acquisition Contracts Center.

For more information on any of GSA’s offerings, please contact the Customer Service Director servicing the area in question.
