The Office of Organizational Resources is responsible for managing all aspects of Public Buildings Service assets – Human Capital assets, Physical Capital assets, and Technology Capital assets.   The office is also responsible for managing the portfolios of vendors and offerings.   In operating the assets and portfolios, the office systematically plans, acquires, develops, manages and divests to ensure all resources are delivered efficiently and effectively when needed.

The Office of Organizational Resources maintains a close relationship with GSA’s regional offices and coordinates PBS responses and corrective actions for GAO and IG audits.   It is also accountable for PBS Emergency Coordination and Continuity of Operations, records management and PBS clearance officers.
