Mail in Motion: The Railway Mail Service
A special exhibit, entitled Mail in Motion: The Railway Mail Service is currently available for public viewing in the Changing Exhibits Gallery at Steamtown National Historic Site. On display through December 31, 2004, this collection of photographs, documents and artifacts focuses on the significant role that American railroads played in the delivery of the mail in the 19th and 20th centuries.
