The ePublication Watch System allows Publishers to register a Postal service related complaint and to request an electronic Publication Watch.
The Electronic Publication Watch System (ePubWatch) is designed to allow publishers to electronically request publication tracking and log discrepancies regarding publication delivery. ePubWatch will replace the manual Publication Watch System that is currently used to track publication tracking requests from publishers and other customers.
ePubWatch provides real-time interaction between publishers and delivery units, delivery units and area and district coordinators, and publishers and USPS Headquarters personnel. The system also provides tracking status lists, address matching capabilities, and suggestions for issue resolution.
To receive access to the ePublication Watch System you must complete and submit the ePublication Watch Web Access Request Form to the National Customer Support Center (NCSC) located in Memphis, TN.
