Federal Case Registry (FCR)
National registry of persons in child support cases (IV-D) and child support orders (Non IV-D) submitted by state IV-D Child Support Enforcement agencies.

Federal Offset Program (FOP)
Program that assists state IV-D programs with the collection of child support debts through offset of federal payments such as federal tax refunds.

Passport Denial Program
Program that assists state IV-D programs with the collection of child support debts through the denial of U.S. passports.

Multistate Financial Institution Data Match (MSFIDM)
Program that assists state IV-D programs with the collection of child support debts through the location of financial assets.

National Directory of New Hires (NDNH): New Hire (NH), Quarterly Wage (QW), and Unemployment Insurance (UI)
National directory of employment and unemployment insurance information from states and federal agencies.

National Interstate Case Reconciliation (ICR)
Instructions to assist state Child Support Enforcement programs with nationwide reconciliation of interstate cases.

Intergovernmental Referral Guide (IRG)
Online guide which provides the states with a more effective and efficient way of viewing and updating profile, address, and FIPS Code information.

OCSE Network & CSENet 2000
System which receives, validates and transmits standardized child support case transactions among state Child Support Enforcement (CSE) systems.

Provides all aspects of employer related information and outreach programs.
