The Online Intergovernmental Referral Guide (IRG) provides state Child Support Enforcement (CSE) agencies and the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) with an efficient way of updating and sharing state CSE information. This includes state profiles, contact information, payment addresses, and Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) code information.
