    Constipation

    A research study to determine whether an investigational medication, approved for another condition, effectively treats constipation in men. Male volunteers who have experienced constipation for the past six months and average less than three complete bowel movements per week (that are not the result of using a laxative or enema) may be eligible. Research site located in Charlottesville, Va.

    Malignant Melanoma

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of Stage III b/c or IV melanoma. Volunteers age 18 or older who have histologically or cytologically confirmed unresectable Stage III b/c or Stage IV melanoma may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of T-cell leukemia. Volunteers 18 or older who have been diagnosed with T-cell leukemia and have a life expectancy of at least three months may be eligible. Research site located in New York, NY.
