    Prostate Cancer

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of androgen-independent prostate cancer (AIPC). Male volunteers 18 or older who have been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the prostate with evidence of metastatic disease including either of the following: lymph node metastasis measurable by CT and/or bone metastasis evaluable by bone scan and who have been vaccinated against smallpox may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Crohn's Disease

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of Crohn's disease. Volunteers age 18 or older who have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease for at least six months and who have never taken natalizumab may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Epilepsy

    A research study to evaluate the effects of a marketed anti-seizure drug on the sleep cycles of adults with partial onset epilepsy. Volunteers age 18-45 who have partial onset epilepsy and have been taking a stable dose of carbamazepine (Tegretol) or phenytoin (Dilantin) for four weeks prior to study participation may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
