Announced Action for May 4, 2004

Commission approval of final consent orders: By a vote of 5-0, the Commission has approved two final consent orders related to the FTC’s case against Vital Basics, Inc., Robert B. Graham, and Michael B. Shane; and Creative Health Institute, Inc., and Kyl L Smith. The Commission’s action comes following a public comment period on the proposed consent orders, during which the FTC did not receive any comments.
