Dutch Apple Salad
Ingredients Directions
2 red apples, cored and diced with skin on
2 cups cooked beef, diced
1 large dill pickle, diced
4 cups cooked potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup oil and vinegar dressing
  • Mix ingredients. Serve over lettuce.
  • Garnish with pickled vegetables or chutney if desired.
  • Makes 8 servings.
