Golden Fruit Salad
Ingredients Directions

1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and sliced
1 Red Delicious apple, cored and sliced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup red grapes, halved and seeded
Orange Yogurt Dressing
Lettuce

  • Combine all fruits; mix well.
  • Serve on lettuce lined salad plate with Orange Yogurt Dressing.
  • Makes 3 servings.

Orange Yogurt Dressing: Combine 6-1/2 cups plain low fat yogurt, 2–3 tsp. orange juice and dash nutmeg; mix well.
