Lo-Cal Banana Milk Shake
Ingredients Directions

1/4 cup non-fat dried milk
3/4 cup water
1 ripe banana
4 ice cubes

  • Combine all ingredients in electric blender.
  • Cover and run on high speed until thick and smooth.
  • Makes 1 serving.
