- After downloading
the file into the folder or directory you created, unzip it.
- After unzipping
this file, use a file manager such as Windows Explorer to navigate
to that folder or directory. Find and double-click the index.html
file to open and begin using The World Factbook.
II. File set for
low-bandwidth users: After downloading the files below to the folder
or directory you created, unzip each of them in that folder or directory.
Do not unzip any of them into the subfolders or subdirectories created
during the unzipping process.
