Mark introduced a bill today which would require that any vehicle produced after the model year 2005 that uses gasoline also be able to use alternative fuels. With gas prices reaching record highs nationwide, American drivers currently do not have the option of using lower priced fuels because most vehicles do not have flexible-fuel engines.
