The recent report by the Senate Intelligence Committee paints an alarming picture of the CIA’s failures in producing accurate intelligence on Iraq's weapons of mass destruction and links to terrorist organizations but does not address the question of whether this intelligence was exaggerated by policymakers. more>

At the request of Senator Levin, on July 15, 2004, the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations held a hearing and released a Levin staff report on the failure of Riggs Bank to comply with anti-money laundering and foreign corruption laws and the failure of bank regulators to act quickly and decisively to halt Riggs' misconduct. more>
