    COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Volunteers at least 40 years old who have been diagnosed with COPD, are current or ex-smokers, and who do not use oxygen for more than 16 hours a day may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Constipation

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of constipation due to prescription pain medication. Volunteers who are taking chronic pain prescription medication for non-cancer related pain and who experience constipation may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Lung Cancer

    A research study to evaluate the effects of an investigational medication in combination with chemotherapy in patients with stage IIIB/IV non-small cell lung cancer. Volunteers 18 and older who have a confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
