    Depression (Major/Severe)

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of major depression. Volunteers who are experiencing symptoms such as little interest or pleasure in doing things, trouble falling or staying asleep or sleeping too much, feeling tired or having little energy, poor appetite or over eating, difficulty concentrating, and feeling bad about themselves may be eligible. Research site located in New York, NY.

    HIV

    A research study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of marketed HIV drugs in investigational combinations given to HIV-infected patients who have not received prior therapy. Volunteers who have documented evidence of HIV-1 infection and have not received more than 14 days of prior treatment with HIV drugs may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Crohn's Disease

    A research study to evaluate the experimental use of a drug in patients taking corticosteroids for active Crohn's disease. Volunteers at least 18 years old with active Crohn's disease who are corticosteroid dependent and have at least one documented failed attempt at corticosteroid withdrawal may be eligible. Research site located in Boston, Mass.
