    Depression (Major/Severe)

    A research study to compare the efficacy and safety of an investigational antidepressant medication versus placebo in adults with major depressive disorder. Volunteers 18 to 75 who have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD) and have had depressive symptoms for at least 30 days before the study screening visit may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Parkinson's Disease

    A research study to evaluate the effect and safety of an investigational therapy for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Volunteers 30 to 70 who have had symptoms of Parkinson's disease for at least five years and are in advanced stages of the disease may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

    Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

    A research study to compare the safety and effectiveness of "as needed" versus fixed dosing of an investigational medication for severe diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Women 18 or older who have failed conventional IBS therapy may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
