Rheumatoid Arthritis
A research study to determine the appropriate treatment regimen of rituximab in combination with methotrexate (MTX) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis who continue to have symptoms despite treatment with disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARD) such as hydroxychloroquine, sulfasalazine, or gold and who currently have an inadequate clinical response to methotrexate. Volunteers between age 18 and 80 who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for at least 6 months may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Erectile Dysfunction
A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Volunteers age 18 year or older who have not been able to have successful sexual intercourse for 6 months prior to the study and who are heterosexual and in a stable, monogamous relationship of at least 6 months maybe eligible. Research site located in New York, NY.

Osteoarthritis
A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Volunteers at least 40 years old who are in general good health and have a clinical or radiological diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the hip or knee may be eligible. Research site located in Mount Pleasant, SC.
