    A research study evaluating the safety, efficacy, and tolerance of an investigational oral medication for the treatment of coronary artery disease. Volunteers who are diabetic or at least 55 years of age who have been hospitalized for a heart attack or chest pain less than nine months ago may be eligible. Research site located in St. Louis, Mo.

    Migraine and Cluster Headaches

    A clinical research study in teens who suffer from migraines. Volunteers ages 12-17 who weigh between 77-220 pounds and have been experiencing migraines for at least a year may be eligible. Research site located in West Valley City, UT.

    Manic Disorders

    A research study to determine the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for the treatment of bipolar disorder, manic or mixed type in adults. Volunteers who have a current primary diagnosis of bipolar I disorder, manic or mixed type who have a history of at least one prior manic or mixed episode within the past three years may be eligible. Research site located in Falls Church, Va.
