    Chronic Pain

    A study to test the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug for the treatment of chronic, non-malignant pain. Volunteers at least 18 years old who are experiencing daily, non-malignant pain and who are taking medication for pain may be eligible. Research site located in Cincinnati, OH.

    Blood Clots

    A research study to collect medical information and a blood sample from patients who have experienced a blood clot in a major vein to find genes that may be involved in deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Volunteers 18 or older who have four grandparents described as Caucasian and who have had a blood clot in a major vein of the leg may be eligible. Research site located in Riverside, Calif.

    Lung Cancer

    A research study of an investigational medication for patients with newly diagnosed small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Volunteers with newly diagnosed, limited stage SCLC who have had no prior radiotherapy may be eligible. Patients are allowed to have had a resection or biopsy. Research sites located throughout the United States.
