    Strokes

    A research study of an investigational medication for stroke patients with muscle tightness in the wrist, fingers, and elbow and with some breathing problems. Volunteers at least 18 years old who have had a stroke six months ago or longer, have muscle tightness from the stroke in one arm, and have a pulmonary/breathing problem may be eligible. Research site located in Savannah, Ga.

    Migraine and Cluster Headaches

    A research study of an investigational medication for the treatment of chronic migraine headaches. Volunteers 18 or older who have a history of chronic headaches for at least six months and who experience 15 or more headaches per month may be eligible. Research site located in Ann Arbor, Mich.

    A research study to compare two marketed medications for the treatment of bipolar depression. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder (also called manic depression) and are currently depressed with symptoms like sadness, loss of interest, difficulty sleeping, lack of energy, and changes in appetite may be eligible. Research site located in New York, NY.
